A beautifully handwoven huipil from Cotzal, a traditional Mayan textile from Guatemala´s western highlands of Quiché, is displayed as a striking piece of wall art, bringing color, history, and craftsmanship into the space.
High ceilings and Spanish-style windows allow natural light to fill the room through long soft sheer curtains, held by handcrafted Guatemalan fixtures that add warmth and architectural detail.
The bathroom continues the room’s earthy palette with deeper natural tones inspired by the warm textures of Oaxaca. Natural light filtering through Spanish-style windows create a calm and grounding atmosphere. The space includes a spacious walk-in shower and an integrated walk-in closet designed for comfort and ease. Though more intimate in scale, Amber Courtyard Suite offers a quiet, jewel-like retreat within the residence — a peaceful nest overlooking the courtyard garden.
